Hello, I bought the Cozen Protocol book from Amazon. The author talks about “the Dahmer room” inside the Milwaukee Police Department headquarters. Is this fact or just a fictional part of the book?

    Karen:

Thanks for taking the time to inquire. Yes, there is a “Dahmer room” inside the Milwaukee Police Dept. After Dahmer’s crimes were discovered, a room in the detective bureau was cleared to process the information. It became a situation room of sorts. The brass from the bureau would meet with detectives where information was exchanged from the prior shift about the Dahmer investigation. The room remained after the investigation and became known as “the Dahmer room.”
