I believe I read that the vehicle of Amber Wilde, who disappeared in 1998, also had unexplained mileage. It, too, was found in a parking lot. My experience, though, is that Green Bay Police will not follow up on reports of stranger stalking. What if it’s none of these suspects, but someone completely different? Women in northeastern Wisconsin should be extremely vigilant. Until these cases are solved, I would assume there is someone dangerous at large.
